Return & Refund Policy – AINZHR Pilates

At AINZHR Pilates, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies whether the item is damaged, defective, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging
  • The product must be returned in good condition in order to be eligible for a refund
  • Any free gifts, promotional items, or bundled products received with the order must also be returned
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required
  • Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days. Refunds are generally processed back to your original payment method, but in some cases store credit may be provided. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Important Information

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly with a replacement or refund
  • Change of Mind: Returns for non-defective items may be accepted; a restocking fee of [X%] may apply
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Inspection: Items returned without original packaging, not in original condition, showing signs of use, or missing included gifts may not be accepted or refunded
